These Terms represent a binding legal agreement between you and the GP Discount Pharmacy company.

Return Policy
GP Discount Pharmacy will provide a refund to a customer where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, when there is proof of purchase. The circumstances which may entitle a customer to a refund include the following circumstances:
- If the goods are faulty
- The goods are not as described by the store
- The goods are unable to be used for their intended purpose
- The goods do not meet a reasonably expected level of quality or performance
- The product had expired at the time of purchase, or could not be used reasonably in the time remaining.
See below for further information in relation to warranties and liability. Customers are not legally entitled to a refund if:
- They change their mind or no longer want the goods
- Knew about the fault prior to purchase or if they cause the fault
- Choose the wrong size, colour, strength etc.
- They find the item cheaper elsewhere.
Refunds may not be provided on prescription items, pharmacy medicines or pharmacist only medicines, as the products are unable to be returned to stock or re-sold after leaving the premises. Storage conditions and therefore, effectiveness of the medication, are unable to be guaranteed once this has occurred.
Refunds must be given in the form of original payment.
Refunds and exchanges are given at the purchase price.

- b) the repair of the relevant Products;
- c) the payment of the costs of replacing the relevant Products, or acquiring equivalent Products; or
- d) the payment of the costs of having the relevant Products repaired.

The above Terms, as well as the terms of any product order, constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between GP Discount Pharmacy and you.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of Queensland. In the event of any dispute arising out of these Terms, all parties to that dispute hereby submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of courts exercising jurisdiction there.
Price Match Guarantee
Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that if you find a cheaper advertised price on any stocked line, we will match it provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is identical.Only prices of Australian retailers will be matched.
- The competitor has the merchandise in stock and it is available for sale.
- GP Discount Pharmacy has the stock in store.
- You must have proof of the lower advertised price at the time of purchase.
- Competitor’s prices will be deemed to be valid for no more than 30 days.
- Verification of the lower price may only be used once.
- A limit of 3 identical items may be purchased at the lower price.
- No rainchecks available.
